Another food find this weekend is
Elias Restaurant. It's a high end restaurant that boasts of a different twist in Filipino food starting with the names that they have given them in the menu.
They have clever names like
Tiago's Triumph, Mi Ultimo Felicidad, Achara ni Ibarra among others. It definitely sparks a conversation among family members on who best remembered the Spanish colonial era particularly the novels of our national hero - Jose Rizal.
We went there for the 18th birthday of my niece. Another table was also celebrating a birthday. I guess it is already favorite place for celebrations and it is easy to see why.
The food size is huge and definitely for sharing. The ambiance has a homey feeling to it and the food tastes great. The price is also reasonable for me because it is for sharing.
