Tonight , my youngest son just discovered a recipe. It's Maki with a twist. He loves cheese and Japanese food and tried to combine it.
Incidentally, he is a member of his school's Young Chef club !

Ingredients :
Korean or Japanese seaweed, Laughing Cow cheese, Kikkoman soy sauce, boiled rice,

Get ready with the seaweed and rice |

Spread the Laughing Cow cheese on the seaweed |

Place the rice on the cheese |

Roll away and dip in Kikkoman soy sauce |
